About Know Your Employee

After decades working in HR and seeing businesses collectively spend hundreds of millions of dollars on employees who weren't really working for them, we wanted to create a product that could help employers stem the burn and reinvest the money in the employees who were there for the right reasons. That's when we had the concept for Know Your Employee, which is a play on the name of Know Your Customer.
